Returns, refunds and exchange

All goods must be inspected upon receipt, and any shortages or damages must be reported in writing to Bella Fabrics  within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email at or contact@bellafabrics.co.uk using contact form on the website. No claims for damage will be accepted after 48 hours. If you not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Products must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Items cut to your specification are not covered by this policy and cannot be exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be reported to contact@bellafabrics.co.uk within statutory cooling off period of 14 business days. Refunds must be issued within a period of 30 business days. Items cut to Customer specifications are treated as custom items therefore are not covered by this policy. Cancelled items that nave been already received by the customer must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund if returned items are used, damaged or not in original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied with original invoice and order number. Customer is responsible for postage costs.
